I bring the tables, chairs easels and paints... you bring the friends and food! Houston, San Antonio and surrounding areas! I bring the party to you! Minimum 10 people required. Participant fee is $30 per person.
Invitations from your personal friends or associates list is all you need to get the memorable afternoon or evening started. Held in the comfort of your own Living Room, Dining room, Office Conference Room. All tables, chairs, easels, canvas, paints and brushes, and aprons are provided. Each guest is responsible for their own beverage (wine, water, soda etc.) and appetizers or dinner( chips, fruit, finger food etc.) of their choice.
The concept of what theme to paint is a collaborated thought with the artist and the host, that once is decided, will be painted and created for the party. Whether you submit a photo, image, or idea to her. Veronique will create a one of a kind original from that thought, for your party and will be personally sent for approval prior to the party date.
The end result will be a clean family oriented fun filled evening for all who attend and a personal painting of their own creation to take home.

Veronique was a self taught artist in childhood. In 1988, she picked up her first airbrush, taught herself the basics, and began making a mark in the city of San Antonio, Tx. Going from a personal hobby that began in her family's garage, she fused her love for music and art, and opened her first retail store in 1991, located in a shoppin
Veronique was a self taught artist in childhood. In 1988, she picked up her first airbrush, taught herself the basics, and began making a mark in the city of San Antonio, Tx. Going from a personal hobby that began in her family's garage, she fused her love for music and art, and opened her first retail store in 1991, located in a shopping center, named "In The Mix." After one year of trial and error, and wanting to pursue a bigger dream, she relocated the operation into a major shopping mall and renamed the store "Very Unique ."
From 1992 to 1999 her main focus was providing a retail operation that supported her original airbrush artwork, painting on just about everything from tshirts, wall murals, and automobiles / motorcycles, etc. Selling her original artwork, and catering to the urban market with R&B and Hip Hop accessories, she targeted disc jockeys and street wear for the youth... a one of a kind operation, which was a huge success.
Throughout the stores existence, she had the opportunity to bring to San Antonio, a hip hop culture that was at it's peak. With the help of radio disc jockeys and promoters, she also was able to arrange autograph parties within her store, and meet several National RnB and Hip Hop artists. In 1997, she received an award for the San Antonio Black Achievement Awards in "Art". In 1998, she was also awarded "Top 40 under 40" for the 'San Antonio Business Journal'.
After 1999, wanting to pursue formal training in computer graphics and oil painting, among other personal ventures, she shut down her retail operation, which by then was in two major shopping centers across town from each other. She then enrolled, in 2005, at a local Community College and received an Associates Degree in computer graphics, specializing in Photoshop and Illustrator for print, at San Antonio College. With ambitious desires to gain formal training in art after continuing her education, she received a Bachelors Degree in Art, with a primary focus in oil painting at the University of Texas San Antonio. In 2010, with hopes to inspire young artists, she completed a Teachers Education Certification Program to acquire a Teachers Certificate k-12 Art, which will enable her to teach on a educational level.

In 2012 Veronique moved to Houston Tx. in pursuit of taking advantage of the prosperous and diverse art community that is offered by the 4th largest city in the United States. In 2012 Veronique moved to Houston Tx. in pursuit of taking advantage of the prosperous and diverse art community that is offered by the 4th largest city in the United States. She has held events to merge poetry and art in the Houston area and began offering private one on one lessons to aspiring artists. Her business venture led her to begin offering private sip and paint parties in 2014 and is continuing the social trend of painting lessons in disguise of trending 'wine and paint' parties, all the while trying to inspire children and adults to realize everyone is an artist waiting to come out. Her love for providing a space for people to enjoy creating led her to teach art lessons at Michaels Craft Store from 2015 to 2020. Veronique is an artist in Texas with an extensive background and a variety of skills and experiences. Oil painting has been her primary focus the past few years after learning the technique while attending the University of Texas-San Antonio. Painting solely with oils and brush, most of her work is on commission, catering to custom paintings from a clients photograph, but occasionally she makes time to build her own portfolio, which enables her to paint for her career as well as express her inner feelings and life experiences for her personal enjoyment. Her personality is straight forward which is evident in her style of painting. In 2017, she achieved a position as a Public School Educator for Fort Bend ISD teaching Elementary Art, while still offering Private Paint Parties and fulfilling commissions to the surrounding areas in and around Houston/San Antonio.
